Essay plan
I just resat economics Unit 2 OCR and for the 18 mark essay question at the end I wrote an essay plan but forgot to cross it out. It might sound silly but would I be penalized for having one as you are given marks on the quality of your writing, it would look as if I've written some incoherent scribbles at the start of the question. I think I remember a teacher telling us to always cross it out, and I saw a 'perfect answer' where the student had crossed it out. Because I intended to cross it out it doesn't say plan or anything, are they likely to ignore it?

It must have been pretty clear that you started an essay at some point after your plan.(Original post by foolscap)

Examiners mark hundreds of papers and they will have come across much worse so don't worry at all.

Re: Essay planI think that someone who is able to graduate from Uni and become a marker is perhaps someone that can distinguish between a plan and an essay when the essay starts immediately after it, no?(Original post by foolscap)
