12 Bedroom Student House to rent for 2012-2013

Basically, this is a 12 bedroom house, and so far the landlord only has a few possible candidates to fill some of the rooms (myself included), so he is looking for students to fill the other rooms, and he's asked me if I could help him out!

The house is a very large 12 bedroom student property on Croxteth Road, in the popular student area of Aigburth, right by Sefton Park.
It is 2 miles from the University of Liverpool, with bus stops literally right on the door step (I spoke to a current tenant, who says that buses run on average once every 10 minutes)

There are 10 very large rooms and 2 medium rooms. All rooms are double rooms, and all come furnished with a double bed, desk and wardrobe.
Every room has an en-suite toilet and sink. There are separate shower rooms, with a max of 3 tenants sharing each shower.

There is an Asda less then a mile away (the house is quite close to the University of Liverpool halls of residence, on the other side of Sefton park)

There are 3 large living areas, lots of storage for all tenants, a fully fitted kitchen, and a washer/dryer area.

Rent just £68 a week, bills included

Full time students only
