well, it could be either... but why would you mention it on here, if you know you aren't, why would it bother you? are you sure you just didn't want to show off?

People who claim you take steroids are obviously just jealous, but it can be achievable both ways.

how can you tell, i have friends who take it and friends who don't, and its hard to tell the difference, some of my natural mates are just as big and toned as my steroid mates, and i know natural guys who are just as bulky as other guys who are users....

I've been to the gym enough times to tell.
I can tell by looking at the skin.
If the skin is unhealthy and looks dehydrated, it's a sure sign of roids

no, easily achievable with three or four years of hard work

OP - to people who don't lift or are idiots, they'll think you've just spent a few weeks at the gym. Anyone who is aware will likely think you're roiding but will acknowledge the slim possibility that you're not.

    There's your answer.

Extrapolate that to at least a year - with the right programme of proper lifting and impeccable diet - and you'll start seeing decent results.

are you being serious? the guys i know who take gear don't have bad skin...

i don't know, I've been training for about 2 years myself, i find it hard to tell as well as a lot of people i know... however, i have found people with bad or average genetics start to point the finger at people who do well quick, which could be down to their good genetics...

mate, i work out, you do look awesome, you could be slightly more ripped which very achievable for you.

i hear you, i get accused of taking gear all the time, you're right, it is annoying but you've got to just brush it off.
