lol, yeah, 1kg of fat does weigh the same as 1kg of muscle, however muscle is denser, thus muscle will be smaller in size but have a greater mass... but im sure you knew that....
do you mind mentioning your height, I would say you look 5ft8? -

How are your legs? Because at 5ft11 and with a torso that big then you either have small chicken legs or aren't 79kg.
so either
1. iv'e gone gym 5 years and never trained legs.....which is just stupid
2. im lying about my weight....which i have no reason to lie about...
mate alot of the big guys you hear about weighing 90kg are just fat.....theres a big difference....u dont need to be heavy to be big......i weighed 58ish when i started lifting....so thats 20kg of actual muscle ive put on
i am the lightest out of all the big guys i know.....but saying that....i know a guy who is 84kg and friggin hugeeeee.... makes me look average....
only a n00b thinks weight is an indicator of how built someone is.... -

My original point GQ was, that if you got down to a bodyfat level as low as the OP, I think you'd be surprised at how much weight you'd have to lose.
