There isn't one. Save up and get a decent gel liner for about £20, much smoother application and last 10 times as long as liquid!

Sorry defensive liquid eyeliner users :ashamed2:

What's a decent gel eyeliner then? The only experience I've had with gel eyeliner i the Topshop one which was absolutely rubbish!

Yeah I'd stick with well established brands for it. I use the Bobbi Brown one, got it at Christmas and doesn't look like it's going to be finished any time soon. It's much better than my liquid, I haven't used it since.

Generally I find the more pricey brands are better for liners, like MAC, Bobbi Brown, Estee Lauder etc, but if you want to get a cheaper one to try first that would probably work too!

I use a Boots 17 one, it's really good - decent consistency, pure black colour and lasts well (even resisting sweat/water). It's much better than those tiny pots with a slanted brush too, it's a proper tube with a real brush.

Not liquid, but a gel liner I'd really recommend is Maybelline 24hour SuperStay. It's perfect! Lasts all day and doesn't budge. Completely waterproof too! (I'm a synchronised swimmer and can do a 3hr session with it on (no googles) and it doesn't fade very much) Love it!

loreal carbon gloss stays put aaaaall day
    i love it
the applicators a bit flimsy however so you'll have to be a bit experienced with using liquid liner

My rimmel liquid liquid stays on forever, which is a rare occurence on my skin.
It used to be called 'professional' or something but I think it changed name.
It's really cheap though but has a great really thin brush so you can be as delicate or dramatic as you want with it...

Barry M liquid eyeliner. It's about £5, easy to apply once you get used to the brush, looks good and it lasts. I wouldn't say it's the best eyeliner in the world but it's a good buy if you're just looking for a cheap eyeliner.

Another vote for the L'oreal carbon gloss. I've tried possibly every high street liquid eyeliner and this is by far the best

Barry M's got a really good liquid liner, its really cheap as well, its probably not as good as like MAC but for the price you're paying you'll definitely get more than your money's worth

Elf cream eyeliner is very easy to use, but it a smokey black rather than jet black.

    This

Bobbi Brown gel liner and a good brush will work 100x better than any liquid. If that's a scary thought, MAC Penultimate eyeliner is a good buy but not under a tenner.
