Relevant part-time job
Some people have told me finding a part-time job in London is really hard..
I'm looking for a part-time job, a couple of nights a week. I'm a business student and would like it to be somewhat relevant. Not a direct financial position, but something in a firm, could be secretary or assistant.
Where should I look for this? There are so many webpages which are annoying, where you only submit your CV and not apply for an actual job. -
Re: Relevant part-time jobbelieve me! its super competitive to find a job in London, even if it's just part-time! ive been looking for a job since february, the closest i came was doing unpaid work as an assistant to a barrister's clerk for a couple of months. and i have a little bit of work experience from law firms and things and i still couldnt find anything! im signed up to about 5 job websites including reed and totaljobs. its definitely much more difficult than i thought and i honestly though i would have been working in a nice office environment by now. i even branched out to retail but still, NOTHING!(Original post by Aconcernedparent)
