Stupid question but...Need help with my Geography revision case studies!
Can someone tell me whether Sicily (around Mount Etna) and Chile (around Chaiten) are located in LEDCs or MEDCs?
To anyone not familiar with the abbreviations, LEDC is less economically developed country, and MEDC is more economically developed country. Basically, I'm wanting to know which area is richer than the other, that's it.

Chile is an LEDC and Sicily is part of Italy which is an MEDC.
