Sometimes I sleep ok but it depends on how active I've been mentally and if I can fix my mindset then. I've managed to fix it so I wasn't like this every day which was due to hypnotherapy.
Wow. Tell me more if you want to

I got in touch with a professional hypnotherapist before my final year of uni because I was suffering as badly as you are, I was getting about 2 hours sleep every night. I was getting really frustrated as I could hear my muscles clicking which I later found out was a shoulder problem I'm stuck with, but I have extra sensitive hearing so I'd just go to bed getting frustrated and eventually I convinced myself I was stuck like that. She was really helpful- She asked about my background and then put me into different states of hypnosis so she could "instruct me". I was fully aware the whole time and remembered what was said afterwards (although some people don't) but I just felt so relaxed. She also taught me self hypnosis so I could do it at home when I couldn't sleep and I took the music she used on me in the sessions which acts as a trigger for me now.

Thanks Any side effects / big negatives from those?
Also - I've got months and months and months of sleep to catch up on. Do you think these would do this?
addictive if taken daily over a few weeks. Occasional use is fine.
