Re: Edexcel GCSE Spanish Reading 25th May 2012They can detect which one was the one you picked and they ignore the crossed out ones.(Original post by Sara.I.M)
do the papers get marked electronically? because i changed my mind on some answers and ended up crossing out loads of boxes :L i'm worried that the computer would not be able to detect my correct answer
otherwise i think it went okay
Problem I have with it is what do you do in the exam if you pick an answer, then you cross it out...but then you want to pick it again?!!
I've luckily never had that situation... -
Re: Edexcel GCSE Spanish Reading 25th May 2012i know...that happened to my friend, so she put a massive arrow next to box, saying 'THIS IS MY ANSWER'. hopefully it'll work for her!(Original post by boumavilla)

The reading was surprisingly much easier than the listening. i failed the listening. -

I hope it works out for her!
Yeah, apparently everybody in the country failed the listening! So don't worry! I did really well in the reading paper, but I only felt confident in like 1/4 of the answers because I knew them, the rest were pure guesses!

Re: Edexcel GCSE Spanish Reading 25th May 2012Probably 32-34ish for A* for the reading?(Original post by Trepton)
what do you think the grade boundaries would be for this paper?
Maybe 28ish for A, 24ish for B? -
Re: Edexcel GCSE Spanish Reading 25th May 2012Board, because it said pension completa, so it would mean full board.(Original post by Wintabix)
Hey just wondering, does 'pension' mean 'bed and breakfast' or 'board'??? Cos most people in my yet put bed and breakfast as their first answer whereas I put full board, which one is the right answer? -
Re: Edexcel GCSE Spanish Reading 25th May 2012Thanks(Original post by boumavilla)

Re: Edexcel GCSE Spanish Reading 25th May 2012
I think it is bed and breakfast because the word: ''completa'' would cause students to tick full board straight away without having red pensión (bed and breakfast). It's one of edexcel's infamous trick questions as said by my spanish teacher right after the exam.

Re: Edexcel GCSE Spanish Reading 25th May 2012I would think so, as long as you made it clear that you're talking about the question then it would be fine(Original post by Jack_Smith96)
For Question 4e would it be acceptable to put "It was recorded with Dizzie Rascal" -
