Hi,

I am filling out my student finance form, and have completed my section and my dads.

However, at the moment I am trying to register my mum on the site and it will not let me as the website says that there is a problem as I have already registered her/or she already has an account.

This isn't true as this is my first time filling out the form and my mum has never registered. I have contacted student finance via their helpline and someone told me to register my mum as a sponsor. so I went onto the site again and tried to register my mum as a parent/partner of the student...however this too has not worked!!!

I am so annoyed...can anyone please help me?? I have exams soon and would rather be revising than filling out forms.
