Krautrock is always good. Tangerine Dream, Klaus Schulze and I cant recall any others atm.
Stephan Mathieu is another one,but you have to like ambient sounding drone.
School of seven bells are a more "normal" sounding band, a combination of shoegaze and electronica, nice stuff, great vocals. Probably most like M83 I've heard. -
