Can't decide whether I should keep my notes or not?
Will my sg notes be of any use to me in higher? Should I bother keeping them or not? tbh need a second opinion so I won't regret it if I do throw them out . . .
and also should higher people keep their notes for adv higher ?!Last edited by cherryrose; 27-05-2012 at 00:02. -
Re: Can't decide whether I should keep my notes or not?Depends. For maths, keep you notes on factorisation, surds and indices, trigonometry and algebra. But mostly you can throw them out without worry.(Original post by cherryrose)

Set fire to them in the middle of your living room and do a tribal dance.

I'm selling all of my past papers and study guides on ebay
*like a boss*
Not sure what I'll do with my jotters and notes yet. Probably just throw them away. -
Re: Can't decide whether I should keep my notes or not?Add another four years of Uni notes and you might need to invest in a bigger house.(Original post by SirMasterKey)
I would keep them. I keep all my old notes and stuff. Nostalgia and all that. -
Re: Can't decide whether I should keep my notes or not?Psh, don't sell them now when nobody needs them. Wait until Easter break next year when people actually start buying them and push the price up.(Original post by Nessie162)

Re: Can't decide whether I should keep my notes or not?I'll be honest. In two years at university I've made less notes than my two years at A-level.(Original post by Norton1)

Re: Can't decide whether I should keep my notes or not?I wish I had this. The scale of my pile of exam notes from this year that I have to sort out tomorrow can only truly be appreciated from space.(Original post by SirMasterKey)

Re: Can't decide whether I should keep my notes or not?
I would recommend keeping your notes (for the subjects you're sticking with) at least until the end of summer and then reading over them in August before you go back to class. It's incredible how much you forget over one summer!
Eg: I'm keeping my Higher Media Studies notes for the HNC. I went through everything and binned anything that was text-specific, general notes, essays that scored average marks, etc. Plus I typed up and printed off any hand-written notes that I want to keep. These are the sort of things I'm left with:

The invigilator told us to take away the exam paper too, so that is in there, too, with the questions I answered highlighted in pink.
