Plus if you were looking at them enough to see they were looking at you and your paper, it could be construded that you were also looking at their answers, but this would be a bit unfair.

Even if he gains one or two marks from looking at your paper, it won't affect your grade. -

If they have to copy you to get the answers it suggests they're a bit iffy with the subject so you'll probably have done better anyway

One person got up to go to the toilet, came back, and starred at my script as they walked by. This was a uni exam, and there was no way of proving it.
