I was wondering this a while back, you read about people on their website who gained sponsored positions, but I haven't seen any advertised anywhere...

You could apply for accounting companies who have specific schemes designed for students leaving college with good A-levels. You will need a minimum of BBB to get in. You should check with the firms if they are any places available, although most likely its unlikely and you may have to apply for 2013.
