okay, ill explain the story but im sorry if it is really long i just need some advice/reassurance


last summer i was seeing my guy friends cousin, we were meetin, going out for around 6 months (sleeping together to) but then we both called it quits but we still speak and were mates
My best mate was seein some guy who for around 3 years and just split up but there really pathetic and just always try make eachother jealous and she denies even seein him anymore but i have seen them together numerous times but never let on i saw them because i thought it might make her feel uncomfortable.
So, this 'best mate' starting textin my ex asking to meet a while ago but then i think nothing hppened. and then only last night me my best mate and this same guy friend was at her house but she got so pissed by 9pm we had to leave...she has invited my ex not knowin id realise and he didnt come till she had gone bed she me, my ex and my friend went to my mates house.
thing led to another and i ended up sleepin with him whilst my guy mate had just then passed out but then when woke him up as we walked home my ex was pullin me towards him and was fingerin me discreetly when my mate wasnt lookin..
i woke up this morning feeling really regretful and like ive done somet wrong

i feel bad on my mate but then what she doing seein somoene ive been with?! and my feelings for this guy have came back

i duno i just feel really stupid and just cud do with some advice on whether to bring it up to my friend or not
