I can feel bone in my gums???
As the title says really, ive noticed recently a hard spot in my top gums, right at the back.
I try to see what it looks like but I cant as it's hidden behind a tooth, and it's making me really worried, it feel just like bone

I had a check up recently at the dentist and they said my teeth were fine, just needed a scale and polish, so why do I have bad symptoms?

What do you think it could be? What might help it?

    Thanks.

You should go back to your dentist and if s/he is not worried, check with a doctor to be doubly sure. It's probably nothing to worry about, maybe just another tooth, teeth are bones and sometimes you get extra teeth that don't come through.

Are you sure it's not your wisdom tooth?

I think it might be too far up on my gum to be a wisdom tooth coming through :/
I mean I don't know, it may be, but if it is then it's coming through in a weird angle.

All my wisdom teeth came out as pointed triangles (one edge of the tooth coming out first) so if its something like this, that may be it

I believe you're referring to something called a "tooth"

Just kidding you should call the dentist and ask for an appointment or for advice on your symptoms to be sure

Definitely sounds like a wisdom tooth. I was a bit confused when I felt it coming out but it took the shape of a tooth after like a year when it came halfway out and I never went to the doctor's about it, I just left it there. It's quite irritating but it'll come out eventually.

Edit: you say that it's too far up your gum, but if you think about it there are four pointy bits to the tooth. You could just be feeling the pointy bit that's further away from the previous tooth.

Probably a wisdom tooth but the only way you'll find out is by seeing your dentist.
