All the highly competitive ones at Universities, hence why they are so popular.
Medicine, Law, Dental Surgery, Nursing, Pharmacy, Engineering etc.
Get a good degree from a decent University in one of these subjects (or a similar one) and you will never have to worry about finding a job, or money.

Computer Science (not being biased or anything
) but technology is ever-growing and microsoft themselves will have about 200,000 more jobs available by 2013!

Dentistry - £30,293
Medicine -£29,132
Chemical Engineering -£27,195
General Engineering - £26,542
Economics - £25,722
Of course, this list only has starting salaries, and says nothing about salaries over the span of a career, but it's better than saying degree X based on nothing. -
