I went out and bought a fan today coz it got that much....I was wakin up with bags under my eyes coz of lack of sleep! have u got a fan ....i know its stating the obvious...but man it cools my room down.....

OHHH NOOO....Goshh I feel sorry for you. Try less clothes, windows open, some slow paced music, and fan. Hopefully you'll doze off to the music???

Take a cold shower before...actually that might make you wake up even more! and a hot shower in this weather is out of the question!!

It's actually best to take a hot shower in this weather. If you take a cold shower you'll feel the heat even more when you get out. Take a hot shower at roughly 40 degrees and the 23 degrees when you get out will feel nice and cool.

I sleep completely naked, ass hanging out the blanket, fan on full blast. I actually like the whirring sound, it kinda helps me sleep if anything.
