Student room available in LincolnDouble room available in a four bedroomed house, from August 1st.
It is situated on Monks Road, opposite the Arboretum.
With 3 other students who will be 3rd year students and Lincoln University (2 girls and 1 boy)
2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen with breakfast bar. Recently renovated so all fixtures, fittings and furnishings are brand new.
£90 per week, inclusive of bills (contract 11 months)
