    EU Bloc Budget Amendment Vote
EU Budget Amendment. Proposed by the Czech Republic and Seconded by Portugal, Sweden and MHOC
    11. The EU budget

ii) Only one EU budget may be discussed at a time
iii) The EU budget must be submitted between a month and a year before the financial year concerned
iv) The total spending in the EU budget may rise by up to 5% from the previous year, or fall by up to 2%
    v) After a week's discussion, the budget will be voted on over three days

OOC: I did not vote. Yes it can be added to the GD but your author of the the main thread.

This is another reason why we need our own forum.

[ooc] It's a good idea to QFA me in the future just so I can respond. I'll say here and now that I think it's unlikely any of the unions/blocs/alliances will get their own forum. Not least of all because to set it up is another thing for the admins to do but if the admins were ever to do it they would need proof membership and activity is good before the proposal and that it will remain so after getting your own subforum and usergroup (because getting your own subforum would probably also mean you would need your own usergroup.)

Frankly I'm not seeing that in any of the blocs or partnerships at the moment os I thin it's highly unlikely any will get their own subforums.

THat said you don't really need your own subforum, each formation just needs a certain degree of organisation and members who are active and are willing to take part and contribute.

I would say work on that first and we'll see in the future. [/ooc]
