    Curvy girls............?
I just wanted to hear what your type is in men? I find curvy girls, a la Holly Willoughby and Nigella Lawson very sexy. However, because Im tall and slim, I dont get much attention form curvier girls or maybe I have a mental block. Do you tend to prefer beefcake men? I would say Im similar to tennis build, i.e just like Novak Djokovic and I do play tennis a lot.

i'm pretty curvy and i liked a guy who was like a rake for a while. Each body type is nice in its own way, so i go for personality mostly, rather than a specific check-list of features, but i won't lie, i like if if they look nice.but i generally think most people look nice

I'm curvy and I generally go for guys that are a bit built, but it's really all down to personal preference and I don't think curvy girls go for a certain body shape in particular - it's all down to what looks right I suppose. Personally, I feel as though slim guys may not be able to handle me (I have a very big bum) so I need someone a bit bigger than me!

I'm curvy, and my ex was a tennis player, and the guys I tend to like are that sort of slim and -for want of a better word- wiry type i.e athletic but not hench. In other words, you'll be absolutely fine, maybe they just assume you'd want a really waifish, skinny sort of girl so don't think they have a chance. Who knows though, you'll be fine and there's someone out there for everyone.

gotta be careful when using the word curvy. A lot of women use it instead of the word fat!

I honestly do not see the point of these threads.

Do people seriously think a certain type of girl will go for a particular type of bloke and that will be all?

Everyone is different. No definite comes from these threads.

"Do girls with big eyes go out with tall guys?" as another possible thread title

And all curvy girls are alike, like clones?

Well, thing is Im sure I could handle you cos when I go the gym I am reasonably strong, can lift as much as a lot of the guys who are fuller than me. I guess Im kind of glad that Im not too well built as a lot of these guys just balloon and get fat as soon as they're out of school adn uni when they're metabolism slows down, I intend to stay athletic for a long time

I love Djokovic and tennis! LOL!

But seriously,I think I would be a bit insecure, as a significatly skinnier guy would make me look fatter than I even am. But I wouldn't reject him on the basis of solely how he looks, I'd accept him he was a really lovely guy!

Fair enough , you sound like you have a nice body - not too skinny and not too not-skinny lol! Are you very tall - because that could make you lanky?

I'm sure a girl who is curvaceous would go for you. Don't stress too much about it

Hmm okay. Well, in your comparison with Djokovic, I'm sure you aren't
bad! Jjust have a few protein shakes here and there and work out for a while! You're right, things take time, but just stick it out for a while and you'll achieve what you want!

Finding it difficult as Im working but also looking for job and playing tennis, which will cut back on now but thought I would try and play whilst the weather's good. But yeh, I need to have 3 shakes a day, problem is I seem to get acne breakouts using dairy products, which is infuriating as its a lot cheaper than meat.

I know, things can get really hard when working! Just take some time out for the gym every couple of days and yes, definitely make the most of the weather and play tennis outside!!
Oh gosh, I can imagine. Hmm..tea trea oil, clinique products or St. Ives, if it isn't too bad. But if breakouts are violent, then get them checked out. Benzoyl Peroxide is usually prescribed!
Larger meal sizes and lots of abs exercises should so the trick!

I am a curvy petite (note: not fat - 5''2, size 8/10, 32DD breasts, hips, bum - basically, I have shape!) and guys who have shown interest in me/who I have been out have always been slender or athletic.

Hope that helps in some way!

Totally agree, although with me it's more in the boobie region haha. My ex was veeeery skinny and I always felt slightly self conscious next to him. For this reason I would prefer guys who are a bit more built.
