Student Bank Account
Hello All,
I have an appointment this Tuesday with Halifax to open up a Student Current Account with them.
I was wondering whether I need to take a parent with me.
This will be my first Account with a bank, as I have never had one previously in any form or shape.
Kind Regards,

Re: Student Bank AccountNo, you should be able to open a student account on your own. You may, though, need a letter confirming your university place; if you're not yet at university, do you have an unconditional offer of a place?(Original post by stackemup)

Re: Student Bank AccountMost likely yes - it's common for banks to ask to see your AS12 confirmation letter from UCAS when opening a student bank account.(Original post by stackemup)
I have a conditional offer at UCL for AAA.
So do I actually need to wait till results day, before I can open up the student account??
Thx
