    Do you believe in missions?
By that, I mean concerted courses of action?

I'll illustrate. I find there are too many haughty people about, especially in the younger age bracket. I don't believe in moral absolutes, but is it "wrong" to make them so embarrassed, that such haughty people never even think of being so again?

Before I answer, please may you clarify your question? Are you referring to "fate" synonymously?

I am asking about people pursuing goals and achievements.

As a tangent to that, concerning knocking down haughty people. I don't believe in moral absolutes, so I don't see how it's "wrong".

I think people do things in life that they believe are the right courses of action, if that's what you mean.
