!st i have been studing foundation degree in fashion and clothing at a college where i have had no end of probs bad teaching, my work has been stolen and lost....can i claim my fees back from the college for this year???

because of the awful time i have had this past year i now want to study at ljmu (were ive been accepted) to start from scratch again in 2012...i have now moved back home to my parents and was wondering because im a mature student how much finance will i be entitled to and will i hgave to declare how much my parents are earning??
