Re: Most miserable person in your family?Your husband is doing better than you with regards to the weight loss scheme(Original post by PinkMobilePhone)
Gonna go with step-mother here, she's always sulking. Sadly there is not an option on the poll for that.

Re: Most miserable person in your family?Well considering he weighs over 24 stone, and I weigh less than 10 stone, that is pretty obvious. If I had lost as much as he has, I'd currently be weighing in at a grand total of just over 5 and a half stone, which would be ridiculous.(Original post by *Labrinth*)

Re: Most miserable person in your family?
It has to be my Grandfather.
Recently at a Chinese restaurant we all received fortune cookies, and his one said "You will soon be moving to a new home." My uncle suggested that he might be moving towards the city again to be near family but my Grandfather just grunted and said "Probably a funeral home." Ever the optimist... -
Re: Most miserable person in your family?
Unfortunately its probably me!

I'm one of these people who worries/stresses too much over nothing, so even when I'm looking forward to something (e.g. going on holiday on Friday) I still moan that I have too much to do!
However, in a way my grandparents (in particular my grandpa) are just as bad. My grandpa always moans about other drivers and practically every celebrity there is. He really doesn't like many people!
Also, my gran and him aren't very easy pleased when it comes to food so always find something to moan about when they have food in a restaurant/hotel.
If we are talking about 'miserable' in the sense of being miserable with money i.e. tight fisted/frugal then it has to be my uncle! He has a good job and earns a great wage, so he has the money but doesn't like spending it at all! -
Re: Most miserable person in your family?
Me, but it's more that I'm not a really sunny person generally rather than just a bitch
Probably say more silent than miserable. Though I am capable of fun y'know?
Love how 'Me' is the most popular answer.Last edited by Alexandra's Box; 31-05-2012 at 21:24. -
Re: Most miserable person in your family?
It's a toss up between my mum and my brother. And if a fight occurs between them, it is miserable on epic proportions, and dad and I retreat into silence and solitude while the storm blows. Of course, their problems are then taken out on us oftentimes, which make us all miserable

Though, when they're not miserable, they're lovely

Probably say more silent than miserable. Though I am capable of fun y'know?
