I was waiting to cross a road and there was a pretty girl waiting to cross as well. As the lights changed a convertible BMW pulled up at the lights. The guy in the car shouted at the girl "YOU WOULD LOOK GREAT SUCKING MY COCK".
While I was stood there in absolute shock, quick as a flash the girl shouts back "THAT WOULD CERTAINLY BE PREFERABLE TO KISSING YOUR UGLY FACE" and carries on walking.
What a girl!

Re: Whats the best thing to do if someone insults you on the street?Witty response followed by a sarcastic laugh and a contemptuous grin, or just the latter two if you can't think of a response in time. If he attacks you after this, "hadouken!"
Just kidding; no matter how much somebody outweighs you, if they're insulting you on the street they're usually all talk and won't actually pick a fight with anybody on the street, be it fear of actually losing or fear of getting punished too much. Showing them who's the mental boss often defuses the situation better than letting them think they can lay into you without you reacting.
It also feels SO much better.

Re: Whats the best thing to do if someone insults you on the street?Keep walking. Getting into a fight just because someone called you a bad word is a stupid reason to get into a fight. They usually just want the attention because it means they have an effect on you. If you ignore it, you don't look like a pussy, you look like someone who doesn't care what the person is calling them.

Say you're walking along and some idiot yells insults at you. Maybe you're even out with your gal. So would you confront the idiot? Use a clever and witty put down followed by being punched in the face? Mutter a clever and witty insult under your breath? Or try to ignore it and look like a pussy? Let us suppose this idiot is also built like a brick-****house. How would one save face in such a situation?
