Why is my course 4 years long?
So I chose to do English Language & Communication/Publishing Media at Oxford Brookes. The courses separately are 3 years, however if you do them as a combined course it says the duration is 4 years. Why is this?

    Thanks.

Err...probably because doing those particular two subjects in three years is not seen as feasible or able to be done in enough depth?

I thought so, I was just wondering because some other combined courses last 3 years. Bit obvious I suppose.
