I have got an acceptance in the PhD programs in both Manchester and Sheffield
    in Computer Science.

They both are strong in the subject and both have good research reputation.

If you are in my situation which one would you go for and why :woo:

Manchester, but surely it depends more on the individual programs and researchers, and your research area within cs..
