Oh I wouldn't say we're only here to serve God. Just that it's quite an important consideration for Christians and given the life I've led the last few years, I would quite like to know if God has some kinda plan for me/line He wishes me to follow, that's all

There is no need to question someone's entire belief system on this thread. Sure, by all means questions people's beliefs until the cows come home elsewhere. But in this thread there is just no need, it's not actually relevant to the thread since if you don't believe in God, either you have no answer to the question and therefore no place on the thread, or you would just answer the question based on the possibility that God does exist.
