    Land law ; Building Scheme
In restrictive covenants building scheme, Purchaser's can benefit from the covenants as they are mutually binding. Can the Owner of the entire estate benefit under the building scheme or is it only for the purchasers to benefit?

    Bonus Question:

Does right to use swimming pool or plug antenna satisfy the criteria for easements at common law under sharp v waterhouse? Since Sharp v Waterhouse need easements to touch and concern the land?
