(well I wud if I had any left) But the tricky bit comes after you get on the direct.gov website, find the link for new full time students 2012-2013, create a direct gov account, make a secret question and answer and note down ur personal number. But what exactly are you supposed to do after that? How do you know that your money is on its way... -

Fill out all the form/details as quick as you can. It should be plain sailing once you've logged in, let me know if you're still struggling.

Have you included your parents household income on the application? Or accedently said you were going to 'support yourself'. The supporting is basically a parents part of the application, if required. -

Re: How do I apply for student finance?Yeah...You have indicated that you have been living in a country of the EEA (European Economic Area) other than the UK for the three years immediately before the start of your course, and are not considered to be one of the following:
a refugee. or the family member of a refugee
the child of a Swiss national
an EEA Migrant and Frontier worker, or their family member
To apply for student finance you have to download an application form, you cannot use this online service.
