Re: Aqa as ict info 2 may29th june 2012I think the exam was reasonable,did think a lot of marks were allocated wrongly though : 10 marks on types of processing on a website :O
The weird how to set up your own website question was another strange one
And the one about types of threats did people put trojan horses,spyware,worms,logic/time bombs etc....
For the final question I just related say Harasssment with social networking sites and cyberbullying for instance-that was nice as you knew exactly what to write hoping for a rare 15/20 on that question hopefully
I still think AQA want to ruin our lives-honestly IT is the future-I know all my definitions off by heart im a keen IT bof-and still they manage to suprise me
If I could express my anger to aqa it would be mental

The shock was in that in this paper I still don't think I got better than a C and ICT is my very strongest subject,I can write essays and I am familiar with IT related tech-so its suprising that I still struggle so much when in a harder topic say maths I found a lot easier-its IT its mean't to be the easiest!(A reason to make the paper harder yes-but give marks a reasonable allocation at least!) rant over :P -

I don't understand this! How did they allocate marks wrongly!!! It was an easy paper mate. They had put in the marks like they normally do.
the backup procedures one - i mentioned differencial,full and incremental-explained those but still think I only got around 6/7 hense those are marks which are almost unobtainable-mate im always honest with how I done I reckon I got 6 on the processing which while it may not seem too bad-it still makes the paper that bit harder! -

And backup there is loads... what to be backed up : differential,incremenetal, how to back up: how often, how reglarly, where to back up location: intenret back up... sorage device: pen drive, hard disk, magnetic disk...(Original post by KING2011BOB)

I don't think you are as good at ICT as you think you ware if you felt there wasn;t much to write abotu!
