Please, help me understand my loan status![EU finance]
    Hello everyone,

I've just received my letter with the internet password and secret answer.

I log on the studentfinance.direct.gov.uk website and changed my password.

Now I see the main screen where there's detail of my course and " status= to be completed"

I click on that link and I can see "Your Application status:Your application has been approved."

    So...

I have officially got my loan? Shouldn't I receive a letter?

and if my application has been approved, why my status is "to be completed"?(I've provided all the details I know with my application)

    To sum up:

What I have to do now?

(I still live in Italy,I don't have a NIN,Uk bank account and address yet)
