Am I eating enough?
I'm 18, female, looking to lower body fat & build lean muscle. I do HIIT 4x a week and weights / strength & resistance 2x a week. I also play sport maybe 4x a week as well as working out. I'm pretty sure of what I'm doing exercise-wise, I just have no idea about the nutrition side!
BREAKFAST: teacake or omelette
LUNCH: chicken & brown bread sandwich, apple
DINNER: meat / fish and 2 portions of vegetables
Post-workout I have a carton of chocolate soya milk and I will have a piece of fruit if I get hungry between meals. Try to drink as much water as I can but occasionally have a can of diet lemonade.
Is this enough considering I do a fair amount of exercise? I weigh 53.2 kg and am 5'4...my BMR is 1390 -
Re: Am I eating enough?
Best way to check is to do a simple calorie count of everything you're eating (and check out the protein/fat contents as well if you've got the time). You'd be better of searching the internet for your particular aims, but for my personal situation (simply trying to build muscle rather than reduce fat as well):
I try to get ~20*(my body weight in lbs) kcal per day (so I'm around 160lbs, I aim for 3200kcal). I also try for around (my body weight in pounds) in grams of protein per day. If you're doing enough exercise (as you clearly are), then you should almost certainly be losing fat with this anyway. -

Re: Am I eating enough?
It does seem slightly on the low side.
But really, the question is, do you feel you're eating enough?
If you're feeling fairly energetic throughout the day and can sustain yourself through your workouts and exercise, then it's fine. But obviously, if you're feeling lethargic and down a lot of the time, then you need to look at getting some more calories in.
