    bicep curls
When I do bicep curls, my left arm fatigues significantly earlier than my right, and by the end of my reps when my left arm has reached failure, I find I could do another set straight off with my right arm.

When I'm not working out, I can contract my left bicep when my arm is straight but I can't with my right one. My left seems significantly bigger also even though it tires more quickly!! Is this normal or what should I do?

    Deadlift.
Deadlifts are good. They cause huge overall strength gains, but they can really sort out your balance, co-ordination and flexibility too.

Deadlifts are the best for building mass, I've been doing them once every 2 weeks or so right now. They really work the lower back part. I could even see the results after.

    Why only every two weeks?

Once every 2 weeks is nothing. They should be in routine at every other workout that you do.

How often do you train biceps OP and how many sets/reps?

I'm the same haha although it's not really significant. I agree though; deadlift.

By the way, it's good to see a girl on these forums talking about bicep curls. Most girls lift 2kg over and over again to "tone their arms"

This happens with me as well, you just need to concentrate on form, contracting your right bicep more when lifting the weight instead of using your forearm to lift the weight

Are you crazy? Just because you're a beginner who just jumped on SS doesn't make you an expert and definitely doesn't mean you should go telling everybody to do what you do.

Well that's what everyone is around here.

The 'experts' have a little over 3 months+ experience.:rolleyes:

Doing them once every 2 weeks is pointless, how can you improve your overall strength if you're doing something every 2 weeks? I'm by no means an expert, but there are experts out there that have it built into a weekly routine and recommend it to beginners. See Stronglifts for a start.

You said: they should be in routine at every other workout that you do

This is untrue for the majority of people.

Listen the point is you obviously aren't really sure what you're talking about, so why go giving advice as if what you say is fact?

That depends on your strength/fitness or other goals. In a beginners powerflifting early growth cycle, you should only do 1 working set of 5reps. Deadlifts can be brutal, and will overtrain you very quickly.

Brb, deadlifting at least twice a week with working sets and heavy singles. Gains. Gains everywhere.
