    off the top of my head around 7% (average) body fat means your abs should show
    But they will look better if you train your abs rather than just getting down to 7% bf with no training.

    OP, all these things you think you know about training are so wrong it's ridiculous. I'm not having a go, you're only 15, but honestly you're clueless and the best thing you can do right now is admit that, forget everything you think you know, and read the sticky in this forum.

    Yeah obviously, but with an all round training programme he would be doings abs. I agree with your last post too. It just annoys me how people think a 6pack comes with just sit ups.
