Milosevic - State Funeral?

Although the Serbian president has stated that Slobodan Milosevic is not to have a state funeral, India would like to know what other nations thought of this issue?

The only thing South Korea regrets when it comes to Milosevic was that 'justice was not served'. If there is going to be a State Funeral, South Korea would like to make public to the international community we shall be sending no delegates or observers.

for that reason Nigeria will be attending so not to destroy relationships with other countries.
The UAE does not believe in a state funeral and thinks the suggestion was silly. Next we'll be having a state funeral for hitler...
