Ok so i have passed the online stage, now i have an interview tomorrow,

I will have to do a role play can anyone tell me what sort of things to remember and how to phrase it out? thanks

I worked at M&S for three years (2007-2010)

What used to happen is the member of staff interviewing would pretend to be a customer planning for a party, and you'd have all these cards with different foods on, and you'd have to help her.

It doesnt matter if you dont know much about the items, just smile, make eye contact, be really enthusiastic, bend over backwards for the customer...service is EVERYTHING at M&S.

I'm sure you'll do fine!
