No we don't. Why? Because the players, staff and everyone associated with LFC attends a memorial at Anfield every year to remember the 96. Slightly more important than a football match I think. It's also a mark of respect to the families, who requested that they don't play on April 15th.

What does it have to do with what Man u/ rangers do? They choose to play on the anniversaries of the Munich/ Ibrox disaster which is fair enough and we respect that. Liverpool choose not to play on the anniversary of Hillsborough because the families requested it and as our mark of respect.

Oh and LFC didn't 'force' Chelsea to play on the 15th, both them and Spurs wanted to play of the friday night but the ****ing FA wouldn't let them.


Back on topic btw, I was absolutely made up seeing Blackburn go down. Not much to do with their fans or anything but Steve Kean irritates me so much. ****ing clueless clown who barely deserves to manage a League 2 side nevermind a premier league one.

Lfc players attend the memorial. They can not be in 2 places at once, it is the clubs decision and they have chosen so get over it. It's just one day a year Jesus Christ. Whether Manu play or not it is their decision and they chose too play.
It's really not that hard understand. So we would it a rest if people like yourself stop bitching and understand simple ideas.

Our playing squad cannot be in two places at once, and they are required to attend the memorial.

If Bradford decided they did not want to play on the Anniversary, I would respect it. Same with Rangers and Ibrox. United and Munich. Bolton and Burden Park.

You don't ****ing dictate to people how to grieve and respect the dead. You accept their decision.

And it's got **** all to do with blame. It's about respecting the dead.
