Re: What club do you hate and why?He really does reflect badly on your club. Every team has their idiots on these forums but he takes the cake and then some.(Original post by So Instinct)
To be honest you talk to Jim-Jam. So I can see why you think were what you say we are. I would advise you to just ignore, you won't get an intelligent conversation with that one. -
Re: What club do you hate and why?Well maybe we have different morals in life, but in my opinion cheating on your wife multiple times is worse than not playing football. But he's not as bad as Terry/Giggs etc...(Original post by jam277)
You're the definition of a deluded scouse supporter
Cole and terry worse than tevez and balotelli.
All cole did was cheated on his wife.
Tevez took a 6 month holiday to argentina because he felt like it then comes back because he's losing money, he plays when he wants.
Balotelli. Well he's just a cock on and off the pitch, he also plays when he wants.
Terry racially abused someone, but really that was a one off, people just follow the terry bandwagon, when he kneed sanchez, sanchez was holding his hamstring when he hit his back, no one says anything about that.
And Terry was a 'One off?' Well what was Suarez's then? The FA and Evra said themselves, "We don't think Luis Suarez is a racist"... -
Re: What club do you hate and why?Lol, yeah if you guys actually did something at the start of the season you would be challenging for top 4 every season.(Original post by TomDixie)
Let's not lump Everton in with that lot
Ok, fair enough. He does just emphasize my point of the deluded liverpool fans though.(Original post by So Instinct)

I have a lot of respect for Everton as well. Got a soft spot for you now that you have Jelavic - £5m was an absolute steal. Easily worth triple that.
Although if you poach Naismith then I will never forgive you! He's an outstanding player, would really do a job in England. He would have single handedly won us the SPL even with the 10 point deduction if it wasn't for his injury. The Kilmarnock Messi is what I like to call him haha!
I'm not trying not to go overboard on the lad as it's only been a half season with us, but he oozes quality. One touch, one goal.
With regards to Naismith I believe he is a potential target, someone with that versatility would be very attractive to us. You know you're in bad shakes when Everton can bully you financially mate!

Re: What club do you hate and why?
Rangers are the scum of the Earth. The fact they have cheated for so long it is a disgrace.
"For every £5 Celtic spend we'll spend £10." £10 of taxpayers money. How many players did Rangers sign on EBT's? The transfer embargo being lifted will do nothing - even if it went through properly what money do you have to sign players?
The fact you destroyed Manchester when you lost to Zenit St.P'berg in 2008 is also a joke. When people outside of SPL followers look and say "The SPL will be rubbish without rangers/with rangers being weak." Think again. When Rangers were weak in the 80's Dundee Utd and Aberdeen were winning league titles. Their ridiculous spending on players such as Gascoigne, V.Bronckhorst, Laudrup etc crippled the smaller SPL teams financially (and even Celtic) - look at those smaller SPL clubs today, poor standard of players.
In 1994 Celtic were less than an hour away from liquidation and Rangers fans were celebrating about it. This is why we have no remorse for them and their death.
RE to the Celtic fan about Wanyama's red - it was a red card. Cha du Ri's was not a red card, although that was a major turning point in that game.
Outside Rangers I have a strong dislike for Hamburg and many Polish clubs for their Hooligan culture. -
Re: What club do you hate and why?Neither do I think suarez is a racist, I think he's a cock though just like terry, but terry hasn't bitten a player before, think it's fair to say when you bite a player he's worse than terry.(Original post by Jim-Jam)

Also with the world cup, I don't care, I'm ghanaian, but I would have saved that shot too if it came to the crunch because I'm not letting my team lose the match, I blame it on gyan being a bottlejob.
Well, maybe it's bad morals, but that's not in a football sense, that's his private life, and tbh, cheating on your wife isn't illegal. In terms of being a footballer and conducting himself as a footballer on the pitch, cole is no way near on the level of suarez, terry, tevez, balotelli, busquetts or as much as I hate to say it
didier drogba in terms of being a cock.

Re: What club do you hate and why?
I also used to hate Newcastle fans, the amount Sky used to bang on about them being a huge club when even my Grandad can't remember them winning anything.
This changed after I moved there for a few years. Yes they're all nuts, but you can't say they don't love football and their team. They're they opposite of gloryhunting tourists. Going down seemed to inject a huge dose of humility in them too, remains to be seen if that will be short term or not. I love St James', fantastic stadium in a ridiculously good location. -
Re: What club do you hate and why?He was unstoppable up here. While obviously it's a lower standard, it's not quite as bad as you think and it was always obvious he was far too good for the level. He's a proper complete striker.(Original post by TomDixie)

Naismith is also far too good for the SPL, I'm hoping our new owners come in before the administrators get rid of him for a bargain price. He can play on either wing, up front or just behind the striker. Would be a great signing for you.
Don't complain about Kenwright too much - at least you're 100% certain your club will exist in August. -
Re: What club do you hate and why?
Aside from the traditional local rivals of PNE (Blackpool, Burnley & Blackburn) the ones I cant stand:
Liverpool - for the reasons highlighted by others.
Man United - Sick of people glory hunting them. Stems from when I was a youngster and a lot of people I knew were United fans, despite having no affinity to them and living in Preston where there was football team crying out for fans.
Celtic & Rangers - **** off IRA and **** off royalists. no need for it in football now. -

Yeah my brother was telling me about naismith in football manager like 3 years ago, naismith and jelavic up front, I'd actually **** my pants if I saw that.(Original post by andrew17)

Re: What club do you hate and why?I recognise the EBT issue. A black mark in our club's history, and we have to acknowledge that. The SFA has gone to far though, as the Courts have proven.(Original post by nereik6794)

Although this doesn't even come close to your child abuse scandals which spanned over a decade.
Been waiting for the Manchester comment. Football fans (of any club) + cheap alcohol + being prevented from watching the biggest match for your club in 30 years + losing said match = trouble. Doesn't matter what team it is, it was never going to end well.
The problem with that argument is that we know live in the SKY TV era. Modern football relies on TV deals. No Rangers, no TV deal.
I was born in 1995 so not going to comment on what happened in 1994.
I actually thought Cha's was more obvious than Wanyama's. Clear goalscoring opportunity denied.
They were lethal up front together at the start of this season. We were like 20 points ahead of the scum, then Naisy got injured which crippled us, then the finance issues started and we sold Jela, which really ended our season.(Original post by jam277)

Re: What club do you hate and why?I was waiting for the child abuse thing to come up also. Of course it's embarrasing it happened, but none of us deny it did. Alot of you lot can't seem to understand why you owe money because apparantly 'you are the people'.(Original post by andrew17)

Really? Is that so? I'm pretty sure 5 years previous in Seville there were only 2 Celtic fans arrested during the whole day and 10,000's who didn't have tickets travelled - in our 'biggest game for 30 years'. Wise up.
tHe TV money is nothing. He tapped Wallace on the shoulder and he threw himself to the ground. Were that Whittaker who got sent off for the same thing on Forrest you would be absolutly fuming.Last edited by nereik6794; 30-05-2012 at 14:36. -
Re: What club do you hate and why?Yeah they were great the final day of the season at Goodison, despite their sides poor performance.(Original post by nereik6794)
Newcastle's fans are great and I wanted them to qualify for the champions league. They have a great team at the moment.
Special mention to them applauding after the Madeleine McCann video was shown at half time, touch of class that. -
Re: What club do you hate and why?Did you read what I just said? I accept the club has to take responsibility. Idiot.(Original post by nereik6794)

Again read what I said. Situations can't be compared at all. And anyway, Celtic fans have numerous smaller incidents, including stabbing each other at Inverness and having a plane grounded at Cardiff due to fans brawling, whereas we have the one big one. Levels out.
The TV money is nothing to the OF, but its big to the league. Also, the wee teams rely on our ticket sales. They would really struggle without Rangers visiting twice a season. Look at the Pars, one payment from Rangers missed and they couldn't pay their players.
It was a clear foul. He should have been goalside of Whittaker and was forced to foul him. I would be fuming, but at Whittaker, not the ref. -

It doesn't really level out - there have been reports of your fans brawling with each other in Govan after losses at the bigotdome. My auntie told me she saw it herself(she lives there). Your fans were a disgrace in Manchester and there was no excuse for it.
With Rangers gone 2nd place would be more likely to alot of teams. More fans will attend games (as they're more likely to win) and this will help to make up ticket sales.(obviously not to the same level)
It was not a foul - If i saw that outside of an old firm I would still say the same thing. When the referee went to his pocket I geniunely thought he was going to yellow card wallace for diving. It wasn't a last man tackle (Mulgrew was in the box) and the ball was going away from goal and was too far from Wallace to be an obvious goalscoring opportunity. Yellow at the very most.Last edited by nereik6794; 30-05-2012 at 14:47. -
Re: What club do you hate and why?Sky just love to big us up so they can well and truly knock us down again. I know we have won **** all but as you must have experienced yourself, when you go to the north east (not just Newcastle) you learn why so many call us a big club. Also we always make delusional jokes because that's how we have a laugh. Messi's just a **** Ameobi :P(Original post by TomDixie)
