The y-coord of A is when x = 0. Set x=0 in your equation to get a value for y.

For B, set y = 0 in your equation and solve for x.

For i), just set x=0. You know that anything to the power of 0 is 1, including e. For ii), set y=0, take out a common factor and give it a go.

But how do you actually solve the equation, I'm struggling to take out common factors or factorise anything.
