    Aromatic amines in HCl (aq)
are aromatic amines more soluble in dilute hydrochloric acid than in water because they form polar salts with the acid which are more soluble than the respective amine?

Yup. For interests sake, lots of what would be insoluble drugs are consumed as the .HCl salt so they are water soluble and can be taken up by the body.
