I'd like to say that personally, i think the ratio of decent girls to these 'slutty girls' you are referring to is 50:50.
Yes, some girls may be provocative, unhealthy, overweight and fake, but others are respectful, physically fit and polite. I understand that you did take this into account but it really gives the wrong impression. Also, stereotyping british girls like this is wrong unless you have first hand witnessed and talked to these girls rather than assuming.
In any case the overused quote of 'judging a book by its cover' comes into place, and i ask you in the future to refrain from these quick accusations.

1) I dont think girls being stuck up is specific to Uk girls, everywhere there are girls who will think there better than everybody else. Also it may be without sounding rude the girls you are approaching just arnt interested in you so may come across like that?I know that if a guy comes onto me in a club and im not interested I probs come across a stuck up cow
2) NOt being able to hold a conversation is nothing to do with a country again, it also counts for both sexes , its due to the increased use of social networking, people talk over facebook or via text they have no social skills becasue they hardly need them
3) Everybody gorges on a good maccyds, Ive noticed in places like Italy they smoke a hell of a lot more than British people do
4) massive steryotyping, agreed Brits do seem to breed aggressive people but even the meekest person combined with alchool can turn into a beast
5)This is huge sterotyping ive never cheated never will and cant stand people who think its ok to cheat, also you have no way of telling if girls cheat more than guys thats just your opinoin
6) And so what if a girls fat or shapeless why should we be a certain size to please men? im a skinny size 6 becuase i cant put on weight ive got a friend whose happy to be a size 18 we litearlly couldnt care what guys think, thats like me saying all british guys are little skinny weeds who have no muscles and therefore ugly, major major steryotype there

I agree partially that the Uk does have a massive binge, drink culture, people are more liberal with sex but this is no way limited to just girls, your opinons are also very narrow minded and quite offensive to girls who arnt massive,fat,masculine,dumb, sluts

I think English women might get a reputation from some foreigners partially because they're willing to sleep with men from conservative cultures. It's kind of obvious that someone who would kill his sister for sleeping with a white man is going to think white girls are slags if they sleep with him.
