Anyone loooking for or know of anyone looking for a room for next academic year?

Basically, the option has come up to move in with my best friend. In order to do that, I need someone to replace me in the house I will be moving into next academic year (if that makes sense). But the letting agency, need me to have found a replacement by tomorrow or we all lose money and the house.

1 single room available in a 4 bed house, with 3 UKC girls
£300 per month, bills not included, half rent over summer, move in from 1st Sept
Off road parking
Good size rooms
Small Garden
