Can only independent students apply for non-income assessed maintenance loan?
My dad doesn't want to give his details and won't be helping me out when i get there, but i don't qualify as an independent student either, do i still have to give my dad's financial information in even though it won't affect me?

You won't have to give any parental information to apply for the non-income assessed maintenance loan and tuition fee loan.
