    eh to be honest most of the questions were rather stupid, there is virtually nothing in the books about advantages and disadvantages of questionnaires/reports by staff. 25% of the exam was not even related to business studies so yeah.

    Yeah exactly, i mean why ask about fire fighting and training courses?! And mouse mats! Disappointed.
