    Part-time work in Glasgow
    Hi everyone,

I'm starting a postgrad at Glasgow Caledonian in September, and to help with my tuition fees I'll probably need a part-time job. So I was wondering if anyone could tell me how easy/hard it is to find part-time work in Glasgow as a student at the moment?

    Thanks

Well I've handed out 70 C.V's and applied for over 100 jobs online and I've just managed to get my first interview tomorrow.
I've got plenty of retail experience as well so it's not that holding me back.
    Best of luck regardless.

I have plenty of experience in retail and customer service. I moved to Glasgow in August 2011 and after constantly applying to jobs and having a few interviews, three weeks ago I finally got a job! In Primark.
