    I Need HELP
    How can i cancel my 'Blackberry Bolt On' from O2.

    I have got it until 29th june and i DO NOT want the £5 to be taken off after this months expires, please help?

    If you have a 'My O2' account you can do it online - log in and click on the section about bolt-ons, and there's an option to add/delete/change.

    Not sure if it is possible on o2, but if you have an online log in, on my network at least, you can go on a remove and add bolt ons and extras at your own will, (on top of my usual monthly that is)

    give that a try.

    Phone them/go to the store and ask to cancel it and see if they can sort it so your account will show your bills in future.
