Clearing in previous years

Hi guys

I must seem like the eternal pessimist, posting about clearing more than 2 months before results, haha.

But out of interest, is there any way of seeing which courses were available for clearing in previous years? :smile:

Not really. If you search the forums, you will find lists posted by people who still have the clearing lists published in the newspaper in answer to specific requests for information, but the truth is that what is there one year will not necessarily be there the next. Clearing is like the July sales - what is left over is what not enough people have wanted to buy or been able to fit into (for a variety of reasons) and therefore the wise shop owner doesn't stock as many of those items next year to avoid the same situation.
