Internship in Canada - visa help?I don't know what sub-forum is suitable, so figured I'd place it here.
Hi,
I have an internship placement for summer 2013 in Canada. I'm going to research it myself, but though I might ask here to save time possibly;-
What visa do I need?
It will be a 2-3 month internship. in the Yukon territory, near Whitehorse.

Re: Internship in Canada - visa help?Internship - unpaid? So volunteering? I'm not 100% but you probably need a work visa for that. In which case, you'll need to apply for an IEC visa (working holiday) as soon as the next year's allocation is released - December 2012 or January 2013. There's a limited number and it takes a good few months to process, so do it as soon as possible after the program opens.
